Thomas Oldenburg is President of HIM Development LLC.

Thomas has 36 years of Colorado experience in the Real Estate Development Industry.  His Colorado experience includes more than 500 million dollars in Real Estate Development. Thomas has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with Honors from the University of Tennessee. He obtained a Colorado Architect’s License in 1986 and a Colorado Real Estate Broker license in 1992

Thomas has acquired the experience and built the relationships needed to provide exceptional services to its clients. He analyzes each property in detail and presents the best options for development.
